Basic Information
Short Description CSA Endüstri’s MayCUP MYC140UF is a new-generation fully automatic high-speed paper cup machine developed for 2–16 OZ cups. Its stable output of 110–130 cups per minute is supported by an inverter, two servo motors, PLC-controlled full automation and servo bottom-paper feeding. Side-paper preheating, automatic lubrication and automatic silicone lubrication contribute to controlled production and sealing. CSA Endüstri’s MayCUP MYC160 is a new-generation high-speed fully automatic paper cup machine developed for 2–16 OZ cups. Its stable output of 130–160 cups per minute is supported by an inverter, four servo motors, PLC-controlled full automation and two rim-curling stations. The controlled side-paper wetting function manages pre-wetting and helps the cup-rim curling process finish more consistently. CSA Endüstri’s MayCUP MYC180 is an ultra-high-speed paper cup machine with seven full-servo motors, developed for 2–16 OZ cups. Its stable output of 140–160 cups per minute is supported by PLC-controlled full automation, dual side-paper preheating, two rim-curling stations and defective-cup rejection. A spacious service area and automatic lubrication make maintenance planning and production continuity easier.
