MYC160 – New-Generation High-Speed Fully Automatic Paper Cup Machine
CSA Endüstri’s MayCUP MYC160 is a new-generation high-speed fully automatic paper cup machine developed for 2–16 OZ cups. Its stable output of 130–160 cups per minute is supported by an inverter, four servo motors, PLC-controlled full automation and two rim-curling stations. The controlled side-paper wetting function manages pre-wetting and helps the cup-rim curling process finish more consistently.

Product Description
MYC160 is the new generation MayCUP model developed for the production of high-capacity paper cups in the range of 2–16 OZ. The inverter and servo motor structure supports production processes with PLC controlled full automation, automatic lubrication and servo motor base paper feeding system.
Controlled Side Paper Wetting Function
Controlled pre-wetting applied to the papers on the side paper feed conveyor facilitates the shaping of the paper. Thus, the cup helps to complete the crimping process smoothly, consistently and flawlessly.
