CSA Endüstri’s DJB-Desktop model is a compact digital printing machine designed for paper and cardboard surfaces, such as paper and paperboard cup blanks, bowls, paper bags, and pizza boxes. Depending on the configuration—with optional 1, 2, or 3 printheads—it offers print widths of 129, 258, or 387 mm and a belt width of 400 mm. It operates using CMYK water-based pigment inks and features automatic paper feeding; an external Windows 7–10 computer is required for control.
Technical capacity and production
The DJB-Desktop prints at widths of 129, 258, or 387 mm using 1, 2, or 3 optional printheads. It features a 400 mm belt, piezoelectric technology, and resolution options of 1200 × 300, 1200 × 600, or 1200 × 1200 dpi. Print speeds are 25, 15, or 10 m/min, depending on job specifications, with an approximate ink consumption of 8 ml/m². Its dimensions (height × width × depth) are 875 × 660 × 1460 mm. It is controlled by an external Windows 7–10 PC and does not include an internal computer, monitor, printed product collection section, collection table, or alignment conveyor.
