MYC170 – 19 Full-Servo Ultra-High-Speed Paper Cup Machine
CSA Endüstri’s MayCUP MYC170 is an ultra-high-speed paper cup machine with 19 full-servo motors, developed for 2–16 OZ cups. Its stable output of 145–200 cups per minute is supported by PLC-controlled full automation, two rim-curling stations and defective-cup rejection. Controlled side-paper wetting helps complete rim curling consistently, while Wi-Fi access supports remote production monitoring.

Controlled Side Paper Wetting Function
Controlled pre-wetting applied to the papers on the side paper feed conveyor facilitates the shaping of the paper. Thus, the cup helps to complete the crimping process smoothly, consistently and flawlessly.
Remote access via Wi-Fi, servo base paper feeding and multiple air-assisted gluing system; It strengthens production quality, traceability and sealing.
